Built in 1873, Entzenbach farm nestles at 700 metres altitude in Entzenbach valley through which a charming stream of the same name runs. A high-quality environment with natural meadows, conifer and beech forests, it is extremely calming.
Bernard, the owner, will show you around his farm, his animals, his biodynamic garden of medicinal and aromatic plants, his little museum of local crafts (blacksmithing, woodwork, etc.) and beekeeping, his beehives and the surrounding forest.
Walking shoes are recommended because the farm is a short 30 min walk from Niederbruck church carpark.
You can eat onsite during this visit from the Entzenbach farm menu (by reservation): Fleischschnaka (meat roulade), Bargkass-style fondue, omelettes, farm bacon or your own picnic!
Open all year round even in winter (except Wednesdays) by reservation
Meet at the farm at 11:00 (30 mins walk from the village church)
School visits can be organised, well-ventilated centres (min. 10 people)
